The Cuimhne project is an initiative designed to provide support for people and families living with Dementia. It aims to create an atmosphere of trust and well being that everyone across the southern isles can contribute to whilst enriching the life of those living with Dementia.
This is when friendship and support is offered by telephone contact. It can be particularly beneficial in the evenings and weekends
